Philosophy

The philosophy underlying built environment education is to develop and advance the science and practice of the profession with emphasis on design process, site analysis, project planning, project construction and contract administration.

Traditionally, the professions in built environment is concerned with design process and construction.  It is therefore imperative that the degrees programme should equip the students with the theoretical background and practical skills to enable them evolve architectural designs and analytically tackle the issues associated with design and construction.
